We've been using Carrigaline Irish Cheese from Cork for a long time now and we love it's taste and texture. This hamper contains three varieties of their delicious high quality cheeses. Handcrafted on the O'Farrell farm in Carrigaline Cork Ireland. We have paired the Irish cheeses with some other amazing Irish brands - Follain Irish Tomato Relish and the Traditional Cheese Company Red Onion Relish as well as The Foods of Athenry Crackers.  All completed with a bottle of Red Cabernet Sauvignon Wine and a White Wine Sauvignon Blanc both 70cl (Cassiliero del Diablo or Wolfblass Eaglehawk wines will be the brands of wine used depending on stock availability).
